The Professional Service fee of $100 is  taken to ensure clients show up for their appointments.  The fee will be applied to the cost of the portfolio. If a client cancels the appointment or fails to show up, the fee is forfeited. 

 

All clients under the age of 22 must be accompanied by a parent. If clients show up without a parent they will forfeit the Professional Service fee.

 

After an order is placed, the studio is unable to cancel the order. 

 

All appointment changes are subject to an additional $100 fee, which will be added to the existing fee,  and applied to the cost of the portfolio unless 7 days of notice is given in writing by emailing us at: info@midtownphotographystudio.com.

 

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the studio reserves the right to turn the client away, resulting in forfeiture of the Professional Service fee..
